John S. Dryden
John Dryden, founder and owner of the Dryden Company, has forty five years of expertise in various facets of the commercial real estate industry. He received his undergraduate degree in business from LSU and an MBA degree from SMU. Mr. Dryden began his career as a real estate broker before becoming a commercial mortgage banker and he continued his education in real estate finance at the Universary of Georgia, where he honed his skills in supplying first lien financing to both commercial developers and investors. Eventually this led to structuring joint ventures between insurance companies and local developers and investors.
His extensive background in development and finance enabled Mr. Dryden to start the Dryden Company and accumulate a large portfolio of office/showroom/warehouses, office and retail properties. The Dryden Company now owns over 1,000,000 square feet of properties throughout the metroplex and they are all managed and leased in house by the Dryden Company.
Suzanna Dryden Jensen
Ms. Dryden Jensen joined the Dryden Company in 2006. She focuses most of her attention on leasing and the daily operations of the company. She is responsible for leasing, renewals, asset management and tenant relationships. Prior to joining the Dryden Company, she worked for a large brokerage firm in California. She graduated from Stanford University in 2002 with a BA in English Literature.
Mr. Jensen joined the Dryden Company in 2015. His responsibilities include leasing, tenant relations, asset management, acquisitions, and helping manage the general day-to-day operations of the company. His 15-year professional background includes experience in corporate finance, commercial real estate mortgage banking & finance, and private equity. He was also a principal in a company that focused on institutional residential investments throughout the D/FW Metro.
He graduated from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo in 1999 with a BS in Business Administration.
Ms. Crites has been with the Dryden Company since 1997. She handles the accounting and reporting for all of the properties in the Dryden Company portfolio. She graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in accounting.
Mr. Mahieu joined the Dryden Company in 2012. He is responsible for the managing the maintenance of the properties, capital improvement projects, construction projects, and tenant relations. His friendly personality and attention to detail have been great assets. Mr. Mahieu has over 25 years’ experience in commercial property management.
Mr. Crites manages the A/P and A/R for the properties. He works closely with the team to ensure that all accounting is done accurately and promptly. He is also pursuing a degree in accounting.
